What exactly is permanent jewelry?

It is a custom-fit chain that is welded directly onto your wrist, ankle, or neck without a traditional clasp. Because it is welded shut, it stays on seamlessly until you choose to take it off.

Does the welding hurt?

Not at all! The micro-spark only touches the metal chain loop, never your skin. The process is completely safe, quick, and painless.

What if I need to take it off (Like for an MRI or surgery)?

If you ever need to remove it, you can easily snip it off at home with a pair of sharp kitchen scissors. Make sure to cut it at the small ring we welded, save the chain, and we can weld it back on for you later for a small re-welding fee.

What is the difference between gold plated and gold filled?

Gold-filled jewelry has a thick layer of real gold pressure-bonded to the base metal, while gold-plated jewelry has a microscopic layer of gold applied. Gold filled is a higher quality option at a more cost friendly price than solid gold.
